Are they all stereo??? I need stereo, and to mic my drums like that...i want to run through one channel of the delta. Are they stereo? ( My routing would be 8 drum mics to behringer mixer to delta 44 to computer ) Again, is each input on the 44 stereo or mono?

Each is a mono jack.

ok.... now say we ran a left and right signal to the m audio card..... using 2 inputs...and then in cubase sx, we would pan either track left and right. Basically I want stereo drums, the toms to roll around your head.... and the cymbals coming out each side, like your in front of the kit. Would it work to run a left channel and a right channel? and then pan each one on the program...would this work or can you give me more ideas....?? THANKS!!

exactly, you'd send in two mono channels and record them to separate tracks. and pan them in software when you mix down. depending on how Cubase treats the pairs of channels on the Delta, you might have to trick Cubase into recording a stereo pair, manually separating them, then re-panning them at mixdown.

if you're using an external mixer heres what you do, run bas on channel one, panned left, snare on channel two panned right, tom 1 on channel three panned left, and tom 2 on channel 4 panned right. In cubase you select four tracks, each mono, and you assign each a seperate input. Channel 1 will be input 1, channel 2 will be input 2 and so on. Once it's inside the sequencer you can then mix and pan everything to where you want it.

yup, it is. it can be MME (yuk), WDM or ASIO. The ASIO is really good too.

I run Cubase SX with 3 Cascaded M-Audo Delta 410s, just to re-enforce what dB said, the ASIO is second to none.
