Who records/creates EDM music here?

I am curious as to good keywords for EDM music, genre types, names and such that are common...have a project on hand that requires I educate myself a little bit in this regard.

Sorry for the late replay. I'm really not into the EDM scene, so I can only mention a couple that I've heard of that seemed to be popular at some point or other. Skrillex and Deadmau5. Whether they're actually considered EDM vs. dubstep, etc. etc. is probably debatable.

I don't know who is currently popular. DJ Marshmello?

As for genres, hmm.. trance, psytrance, electronic dance music, dubstep, hardstyle, reggaeton,ambient, drum & bass, electro, progressive house, trap, and about 15000 other sub-genres, heh.

Guess I'm a little late too.

I don't have too much more to add to J-bot since I don't listen to much EDM either, but some producers/artits whose names I've heard:
Avicii, Swedish House Mafia, Daft Punk, Chemical Brothers.

Thanks guys, yeah, JBot kind hit it on the head with the genre list, pretty much what I started targeting...things like "house" are kind of tough, generic word, but adding the subs, like "progressive house" seems to help...right now the ads I started are about 10x as good of a click thru, so it must be working! Thanks!

My 20 yo daughter has been the best source of info on the subject...LOL
