stereo channels?

i see stereo channels on mixers, i wonder , how do u use them?? and for what are they?

Well, you plug stereo devices into them and that way you keep the stereo image pure.

May 26, 2003 09:08 am To elaborate on jues' every-wise insite let me continue. First you need to have a stereo signal to work with int he first place. Such as using a stereo effect like reverb, delay, chorus or something similar, or running a stereo sound device such a a drum machine.
Basically, if the device has stereo out that you want to record from, take those stereo outs and run them to the stereo ins on your mixer, it's really no different than hooking up a home stereo at that point...if you try to split a mono signal to the stereo ins you will only get two indentical signals...
