I was just looking at HRC traffic logs...and I found this in regards to browser usage:

Firefox 31.05%
Chrome 24.00%
Internet Explorer 21.66%
Safari 17.67%
Opera 1.88%
Android Browser 1.85%
Mozilla Compatible Agent 0.80%
Opera Mini 0.61%
IE with Chrome Frame 0.09%
RockMelt 0.07%

To all of your forward thinking, non conformist, non IE using visitors I want to offer a big YOU ROCK!

I just got IE 9 at work a week or two ago. With every revision it gets WORSE and WORSE. Who makes decisions for IE? Jeebus! It's like IE is built to keep you from turning off Bing...and then when you figure out that rubix cube they make you search through 15 search providers before they show you Google. C'mon MS...do you REALLY want me to believe that UsedTractorPullPartSearch.com search suggestions are more in demand by IE users than the ubiquitous Google portal to everything known to man? And splitting the address bar with my precious tab space??! You've got to be kidding me.

Ahhhh...what a world we live in that I can be so picky about something that is so free. Oh well...Firefox is great!

Not to mention the bloat...ohhhhhhh the bloat.

Though even firefox is getting a bit more tubby these days lol. Someday I'll see about giving chrome a try, but I still like firefox pretty much.

I use Chrome for almost everything...it is far superior to IE (obviously) and Firefox, Firefox had the upper hand for plugins and such for a while, but Chrome is coming around in that regard.

If you're running a Mac with Lion, Firefox doesn't even function properly. I just handed the keys to Chrome a few weeks ago.

(EDIT) Although ironically, this page isn't loading properly in Chrome for some reason...

google has seeped their way into EVERY aspect of my digital life....i'm still using FF (for now) as i fear change....

google...it's not just a search engine anymore, i love 'em but i fear they know too much! where i am (GPS), what i'm looking at, who my friends/family are, what i buy, my interests, and not to mention EVERY major account (banking, bills etc.) i have is tied to them....i just hope their core values remain true over time...but based on history, after a company changes CEO's once or twice, core values go out the window....i'm so conflicted about how i feel about it.

Two weeks ago I spent a few days at GooglePlex, they flew me out there for a conference they were hosting...believe me they DO know too much, that being said, I do believe they follow their mission of "don't be evil"...they know a lot, but they are also using it to make our lives better, easier and more fun.

I have consulted with Google for years on many levels, and they have always been honorable and honest...

www.dolphin-browser.com/ for my thunderbolt =P

Mozilla + addons.mozilla.org/en-US/...radox/paranoia/ for my pc. EFFICIENT.

I used to use chrome but had some spyware problems that labeled itself as 'google' so I've been sketchy since. Chrome's developers have had a hard keeping up on security in the past also. Haven't kept up to date on research like that but once is enough to make me stay firefox.
