I know that better gear or software doesn't mean better quality.
And people who swear by it are lame.
Buuuuuut...I just downloaded the demo of T-Racks 3. And I love it!
I'm gonna be sad in 10 days when it runs out :P
I donno if any of you can bear to listen through my Silhouette cover one more time, but check out the improvement.
I also re-visited another cover I had done that I always thought was too muddy. Lemme know what you guys think. If its cool, if it sucks, if you never wanna hear from me again.

May 14, 2011 04:46 am had another listen.
i can hear the snare sounds nicer for some reason, it kinda just sounds louder to me. You'd be a much better judge anyway man, ive only heard it few times.
snare is cooking though in this.

May 14, 2011 08:31 am Hi
I'm new here but I love the TRacks compressors, not so much the EQ except the Pultec.

May 14, 2011 12:56 pm I listened to themt and the Rock track sounds better; sounds good at home. I liked the heavy guitar riff - not so much the arpeggios. Perhaps the tuning is slightly off.
The Punk song didn't grab me as much because the drums are lower in the mix and a timing's not perfect.
Cheers
