Hi all,

I would like to include a fade effect that takes the track from soft to loud, (a standard "gain" in other words) but also from very mellow to very bright. I'm using Cubase 2 as a main program. Are there any tools in there that allow for this kind of build up?

You can automate the frequency of a low pass filter (for example) on an EQ plugin.

Thanks for the reply, but being new to this, how do I do that?

I presume I would have to convert the entire track to an audio file before I can add that effect? Or can I add it to individual MIDI tracks?

yup, Cubase is all about that hey, have to RTFM as i have yelled at me multiple times.

Its really helps funnily enough.
