Alesis 6 Channel MultiMix USB Mixer Won't Record. HELP!

I have an Alesis MultiMedia 6 USB Mixer that I have tried running into Adobe Audition and Cubase 5.

Computer Specs:
Windows 7 - 64 bit
6GB RAM
3.2 Ghz Dual Core Processor
Realteck Audio is all I can find.

I have guitar going through pedals out into my mixer, the USB going to the computer. I've used a preamp before and had no problem setting this up. I have added hardware and downloaded the ASIO All software.

The most I can say is the guitar comes through my computer speakers, and seems as though I can add the guitar to the tracks, but when I arm for record, I get no signal.
