Can't Install Tascam 1641 32 bit and 64 bit conflict

When I run the CD ROM software for my Tascam 1641 which arrived this morning it says "this setup is for a 32 setup of Windows, please use the 64 bit version of setup"

I can't see any 64 version of the setup. How can I install this to use my new equipment?

64 bit install is free for download on that page.
