Waves Ultramaximizer not working in WaveLab

Hi,

I've just got Wave-Lab v.5.01 and the Waves Diamond Bundle and the L1, L2, & L3 vst's don't show up in the list with all the other Waves plugins. I've tried what another post said to fix this but I can't seem to figure it out. When I put it in the VST Plug-ins folders for the program it says that it cannot open it...same thing when I tell it where to look for the plug-ins.

Can anyone help with some step-by-step points of how to fix this?

Any help I could get would be great...I'm new to mastering and am sure I have loads to learn :-)
