Music program for a mini PC

I just bought a Samsung mini to use for light stuff when I'm not at home. I see Korg has a program for the Nintendo DS called Korg DS Ten plus. I'm looking for something that doesn't take a lot of overhead just to make simple patterns and melodies without any instruments physically plugged into it.

The Samsung has 1.6g processor with 2gb of RAM. Does anyone know of such a program I can load onto this? One thing I found was Music Maker 16 from Magix, but just wondered if any of you had any other ideas.

Just something to play with when I'm not home, but can still save ideas to.

Reaper is pretty lightweight, might be a good option.

I'm using Reaper now for my main DAW (I love it) but I was looking for something that already may have a lot of built in loops and sounds that I can use, even if they sound like cheap midi instruments. So I don't have to import anything to the mini.
