I have been using Sonar6PE and recently just got 8PE. I am running a AMD Athlon 64 3500+ and 2gigs of DDR Dual Channel RAM. I noticed for Sonar8PE my system is basically fits the Minimum Requirement for Sonar8PE. I heard that Sonar8 is much better performing than it's predecessors, however I can only imagine that is true if you upgrade your system to fit their Recommended Requirement. Should I just stick with Sonar6 until I am able to upgrade my system??

Personally, I don't think I needed to upgrade since version 4.

Noize you seem to know your Sonar software, you told me once awhile back that you thought the performance from Sonar 6 to 8 was from incredible, I am wondering did you have to upgrade your PC to achieve this?? If you don't mind me asking what is under the hood on your PC that you use Sonar 8 with and do you think I can get away with what I am using?? So far I haven't quite worked out the bugs yet, but I am latency lagging hard core, but not sure if it is software settings or not. I was at 10ms and it was really bad, changed it to 25ms and things got better but I have seen where some are at like 6ms and running fine.
