And BOY is it great to be back in the States.

Well, the trip was a blast. We did plenty of touring, and bought plenty of souvenirs and other odds and ends. (probably too much)

Great to be back where the sodas are free refills. I'll post some pictures up after Heather gets them consolidated on her laptop. I got myself a couple new hats and a nice warm scarf, a little ale stein, a dagger, and a stilleto.

Gotta tell ya, Vienna is a beautiful city, and the cafe`s and coffee houses are an absolute must. My favorite was Diglas, where I had a Mozart-kaffee. (A coffee with Mozart chocolate liqueur) great stuff. The sacher torte wasn't half bad either.

The places we visited/toured were Vienna, Melk, Linz, Passau, Regensberg, Nuremberg, and finally Prague. It was a nice 2 weeks across the pond, but I'm very glad to be home with some good old fashioned American style food. (though we did visit a Hard Rock Cafe` in Prague...got one of my hats and another pin there too)

So yeah, Merry xmas, and have a good New Year's and all that.
