Help Recording with Adobe Audtion 1.5 With M-Audio Fast Track

Hello everybody. I'm having a problem with recording with Adobe Audition 1.5 with Window XP. I got M-Audio fast track for my audio interface with a condencer mic for vocals. I connected the fast track right, the software is installed and the settings are right I do believe however I get nothing when I try to record vocals. So please can anybody help figure out what is the problem.Thank You.

Oct 23, 2009 03:00 pm Well, Audition 1.5 does not support ASIO, does the M-Audio support WDM drivers? I can't offer much support as I have not looked at 1.5 in awhile but...
I think you would be much better looking into free\donateware like Krystal audio or Reaper to get all the benefits of working with ASIO devices. Reaper is quite fantastic and looks very similar to use in regards to Audition.
