loop slicer

hey in fruity loops they have the fruity slicer where you can enter a wav. and it slices it up and you can rearange things...well do they have a vst or dx plugin that i can use in nuendo thats like that? thanks

Agreed Loki, I've recently discovered WaveLab's "split" function and I'm getting some use from it. I've been having some fun doing my own little "manual" granularization with sounds, triggering lots of successive tiny sounds, 5 to 50 ms each. Makes for some crazy glitchy rhythms. Out of this world!

Jamie, I think you are learning the art of sampling. I lonve using Wavelab for chopping stuff up, it works great. Now Sonar 2.2 has their loop creation stuff working as well as Wavelab and SoundForge, so I dont stray out of there too much. I used to have to manually chop up stuff like that. Now you just select a resolution and click your done.
