will Sandisk 1GB Secure digital cards work for my boss br-864?

just ordered of ebay and it only comes w 128 mb card and ive heard so many people complain of flash cards not being compatible. I do believe the sandisk cards have been universally accepted as compatible but just wondering if the fact that the card was "secure" would interfere....

Secure Digital is just the long form as SD which is the generic reference for that size and type of card.

I haven't heard of many that did not work. Even know a few using the $3. generic card you can find in any drug store and the like without any issues. Sandisk I would imagine would be one of the upper end recommended cards.

And it looks like a 1 gig card is the max size limit on some of the BR units. Not sure on your model though so it would be worth a check on the Roland/Boss sight.

thanks for the reply the boss site is pretty limited as to cards they've tested but i do believe it will be fine... 1 gig is the limit size. the reason i posted is i am going to buy a lot of 3 on ebay for a good price and i wanted to verify having not yet received the boss br 864.

Indeed, I found nothing really about the card other then size limit on the site. Located a separate site that had much more info on which cards worked or if any did not.
