Line 6 UX2 / Adobe Audition 1.5 = NO SOUND! Help!

I recently purchased a Line 6 UX2, and while I love the unit, when I open up Adobe Audition (version 1.5) to master audio I've recorded on another program, I get no sound. Zero. I can see the wave file, the meter is moving but I'm hearing nothing...help!

Mar 24, 2009 12:12 pm Uhm... yeah... how 'bout that output destination of your master track in Audition? If that is set to 'none', you wont hear sound. I've never used Audition before, but if it's like any other recording ap, y'a have to tell it where to send the master tracks 'sounds'... it usually gets sent to a soundcard output that is hooked up to your monitoring chain.

It should be something similar to the same way you designate your other tracks inputs/outputs. I'm sure it's in the manual/help somewhere with that ap.
Mar 24, 2009 01:12 pm I just configured this exact thing for a friend. You just need to specify wave out to your PC soundcard.
