VST program?

hey, does anyone know of any freeware or inexpensive programs that allow you to use VST plugins without a high end multitrack like cubase. I use Sonar for multitracking. Thanks

There are two for ya that you VST plugin, but not VSTi instruments.

the new version of Fruity v4.0 will let you use audio tracks in your composistions (i think)

Hrmmm... The reason Fruity didnt appeal to me much was the fact that i couldnt put audio tracks in. Nonetheless i am gonna download the intuitive MX demo to give it a check, but fruity maybe cool, thanks guys

I never could get the hang of the Sonar drums anyway.

Also, if you go to CakeWalks website there is a link to a free VST to DX addapter, so you can use the VST stuff in Sonar. They will also be releasing a product called Project5 which will use VST stuff natively.
