Mar 17, 2003 11:47 pm thats really good. the vocals are incredibly clear and well done in every way. you have the strangest giutar tone, it sounds like the tone of a MIDI synth guitar patch, only with the natural attack and decay and fret noise of a real guitar. the bass sounds the same way.. synthetic, but not. i have to what you did. tell me more about the entire production. how much of it was sequenced and how much was recorded live.
my only complaint is the drums sounds. the hats and snare didn't fit at first. listening the second time around, i guess it's alright. not my style of music, but you alot better then i am. :O) -j
Mar 18, 2003 02:16 pm Sounds pretty awesome. I like the intro a lot. I like the hi-hat sound, but I agree with Jamie about the snare drum. It sounds like it's a got a little too much low end. My computer is really slow so I haven't heard all of it yet. It sounds really good though.

I did the whole production in Pro Tools with the Digi 001.
The drums are loops from Naked Drums "Multiloops". I will bring more high end to the snare and see how that sounds. The guitar gain and bass are two tracks each.. panned left and right with slight delay on the right side giving more stereo "Industrial feel". Not sure if this is what i want yet.
But yeah, im pretty happy with it. Quite proud.
