Hi all, I've noticed a long thread posted on here about this widespread problem with intermittent static on garageband when recording through a USB input but no real solution offered. Any updates at all? I'm at my wit's end. I realise that its a mac, leopold software bug that has been present for quite a number of mac updates.....very disappointed in apple.

What USB interface are you using? That will help a bit as well.

the Taruga patch fixed my problem.
