Anyone know a cheap place to have someone remote access my pc to help with interface/VI's/midi/sonar 8pe set up, ive tried everything in the manuals,forums etc but still cannot get my **** to work.

Oct 29, 2008 10:15 am I keep getting "cant read hardware"messages,have lost vi files and i can't get sound from any software except grig and absynth. Sweetwater ran me through some problem solving but still no luck,i have to try a few other things but they offer remote access only on there own pc's.
Oct 29, 2008 10:59 pm I also keep getting a message saying my hardware is not compatible and it doesnt allow me to run sample rates higher than 44.1. The only time i get any reading of an input is when i hit a key on my controller but there is no sound. I have armed a track and hit record but it tells me there is a problem with the audio app?
Oct 30, 2008 08:47 pm OK, lilst out the hardware you are trying to get hooked up. Then list the specs of your PC, CPU speed and RAM.
It simply sounds like the drivers are not in stalled properly and possibly the software did not get installed properly.
Oct 31, 2008 01:25 pm The hardware is profire 2626,kore 2 controller and oxygen 61 keyboard/controller.1 & 2 inputs for guitar/Bass,rear inputs for mics.
Pc runs windows xp home,AMD athlon 64 dual core,4600+,2.4ghz,2gb ram,250gb hd,7200.
I reinstalled the software for my profire and i downloaded the update but after no luck i removed them and reinstalled the disk.I also reinstalled Sonar.
Last night i did get sound into sonar with my guitar but the signal was very,very weak,even with the pre's turned almost to full but i cannot get any output. The thing that p's me off the most is none of my VI's work inside sonar, even beatscape and session drummer,i use mouse and my controller but it does nothing.Ive followed countless set up procedures but no luck.
