Lexicon Omega w/ Cubase LE4 HELP PLEASE!

I have an M-Audio KeyRig 49 keyboard, it works fine with it's own software, and it works when adding a track in Cubase if I choose MIDI. But when I choose add track/instrument, I get nothing even after opening HALionOne and choosing an instrument. What do I need to do to be able to utilize the preset instruments with my MIDI keyboard to record? I'm brand new and have zero experience, so please help me in layman's terms.

Thank you for taking time to respond

You need to point the midi track you created at the instrument track via its inputs and outputs on the track itself.

And if I'm not mistaken, I believe that the HALionOne is only there as a teaser. It has very few patches if any if I remember correctly.

You should have another VSTi to choose from maybe two. Give them a try and see if you can get them to load up.

yep i had this problem with Halion.
it didnt seem to have the patches either.

i cant remember what i was going to do about it at the time though coz i ended up getting C4.
but make sure you are totally upgraded with LE4 and the firmware.
i think this is the road i was gonna take.

like ya said though noize, there are posibly one or two patches there but seems to be teaser. i couldnt find any thats f sure.
