Been trying to get her to sing for a while. Its a cover of Weezers, "Say it aint so". She wanted to do it. I didnt know it and spent a few hours learning (somewhat) the song and laying down the tracks. She giggled through the song at points and the vocals are priceless. I'll keep this one forever. Enjoy. I"ll have to give it a listen tomorrow. Sounds like it was fun though, so I'll check it out for sure.

Like it! Her singing is very honest and the giggling just adds to it. I can see why you're proud of her!

Nicely done indeed. I agree on the honest sounding part for sure. You can tell it was her first time in front of a mic. Very nicely done though indeed.

She needs more Karaoke time, with her friends. She actually just started taking drum lessons. Hopefully she will keep at it. My wife was like you teach her. I dont read music and I feel its important she learns to. Plus I can keep a beat and thats about it. I wouldnt no a triplet from a frog.

Sounds fun! Great job to your daughter!

I had my daughter in my studio a couple of weeks ago doing some flute parts for a new song - her husband played some guitar too. It made me so proud to be doing the engineering.

That is great, can't wait until my daughter can join me in the studio (and not just run around yelling "Buttons!!!" while adjusting anything she can get her hands on).

I am still shy to this day while playing recordings in front of people. You should probably burn her a CD so she can listen in private and maybe get used to it.

Thanks to all. Boy, CptTripps. I remember those days. They are long gone. Kids are like tornadoes with fingers when they are little.
