Newbie looking to hear click track in protools w/ digi 002

I am trying to hear them through my monitors yet every option I have tried gives me nothing. The best I can get is a Midi light blinking to the tempo on the front of my digi002 rack. I've been running other softwares for the longest time, and so far ProTools seems pretty slick, I'm just having a hard time accomplishing some simple tasks like this one.

Thanks in advance for any input!

Hey there, my first thing is please do not double post. It won't get your question answered any faster.

Now onto the question.

What version of PT are you using? That might help a little as well.

But I am guessing that if you are trying to use the audio click it is not assigned to the 002 as the output. That is the most common problem when that happens. If your trying to use a midi click, then you must have ans instrument track assigned for the midi data to go to. And that track in turn needs to have an audio output so you can hear it.

And exactly what have you tried, that will help sort this out as well?
