PROBLEMS WITH LEXICON OMEGA AND CUBASE LE 4 PLEASE HELP

Hello Everybody. I recently purchased the Lexicon OMEGA. I was confident that I would be recording music in no time, but things haven't turned out that way.

I have followed all the directions in the manual correctly. Installed everything properly. I do exactly what the directions say. I went into devices and made sure cubase uses OMEGA as its recording program. I even tried making new "buses". But all I can hear is my casio keyboard in my monitor, but as i turn it to playback i get nothing.

My problem is that when i hit record on Cubase, nothing gets recorded... Its like it doesn't recognize my keyboard.

Im confident that I have all the cables in the correct jacks and the proper usb assigned.

Could somebody give me a list of what they think could bring wrong. Why cubase simply wont record anything going into my OMEGA?

I'm thinking about taking my laptop and OMEGA to guitar center and having them show me whats wrong also...

Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

Are you actually selecting the Omega in the tracks input section? And you also need to select the Omega as the tracks output as well to hear it on playback.
