Anybody know anything about the Edirol FA-66? I pluged it in after a few months of not using it. The thing is now I am getting glitches when I play back audio from it and I can see the green light glitching at the same time.
Could it be a problem with the card itself or just something that I have to tweak?
I am running XP home on a Dell Inspiron 1420 1.7g duo core with 2 gigs of ram.

Jun 17, 2008 09:50 pm I am wondering if there is some gunk in the plug or anything. That can cause a problem sometimes.

Jun 17, 2008 10:00 pm Which plug? It seems that it can't keep up with the transfer. I went to the max setting for the buffer and same thing.

Jun 17, 2008 10:11 pm That is a firewire card. Try cleaning out the sockets and the cable ends were it plugs in to the firewore ports on the PC and the FA unit.
