I Was Using The MXL 990, Yamaha MG 10/2, M Audio Mobile Pre, And The Behringer Autocom 1600..

And It Was Perfect..

I Usued The Autocom On The Vocals Going In, I Liked It This Way, And Compressed Them More Inside Adobe..

Well i Had To Sell My Gear Due To Rough Times. And I Recently Bought New Gear.

Now I Have Audio-Technica AT2020 Large Diaphragm Condenser Microphone, Yamaha Mg 10/2, M Audio Mobile Pre. And The Autocom 1400..

The Autocom Has The Same Settings Set As My Old Autocom..

But For Sum Reason Its Still Pickin Up Alot Of Static In The Same Room And Location My MXL990 Use To Be..

I Think I Need To Change The Settings On The Autocom.. To Cut The Lower Noises.. The Expander gate Is Responsible For Low Noises, Right?
