Edirol or Yamaha usb?

I'm currently looking between the Edirol UA 25 and the Yamaha MW 10. I mainly want a really solid box with low noise. i also would like to be able to re-record parts within cubase, meaning i would be able to route a processed track to a new track and would be able to record the processed track onto the new track.
