Hello people,

I'm totally new on the forum..
But i have one question;

People here are askin me alot to make my own cd (singing), now i have some stuff i use for recording:

Mic: behringer C-1 , shure SM-58
Mixer: Samson XM410
and cubase and cool edit pro for recording.

But when i want to record a song, i want to try to get a nice quality so i can put them on a CD but i keep failing at it.

I hope maybe you people could give me some good advice and help me out.

what kind of music? are there instruments or acapella only?

generally, compress, de-ess, eq, reverb in that order, for me....
