Total cost for clips & copper wire: $7.88.

Hahaha, nice DIY mic mount. So what the heck do those micros actually look like? I've been hearing everybody say how they've had to come up with their own ways of mounting them.
Apr 05, 2008 08:28 pm Haha sweet Herb. Always wanted to try those mics.
I had a 6 pack of Carlsberg for ya last night! Time differences ya know?

They have a great "stealth" factor. Extremely sensitive, and damn near unnoticeable. Plug one on the end of a cable, leave it lying around, and record your friends covertly...
Apr 05, 2008 09:57 pm I have four of those little suckers, and have been using them almost exclusively on my new project. I love the way they make my acoustic guitar sound, and it really doesn't matter what mic I use on my voice. ::sigh:: Hey...you can't go wrong spending $20 on four mics!
I've been looking for a better way to X/Y them than the clothespin and duct tape method. Perhaps I'll give your invention a try!

I also have the K6 ribbon I mentioned in the review and love them all. I have 4 of the K-Micro as well. An absolutely killer mic with the higher spl they have now.
Herb, that is one hell of a mic mount.
