I haven't forgotten it. Its on a CD that gets played in the car and on my working playlist for in the studio and just lounging around. One of the top songs to ever come out of HRC for sure.

There's a quite a few that stand out, in my mind, when I think about it...

Hanger19, Chunk Of Wood, Nocturne
For Insomniacs, Driveway, Games We Play, Ghosts And ****, Jointresonate, In My Day, many-more...

All stuff that gets played around here from tiome to time.

The ONE song I really wish I could hear again that I couldn't snag was...
I don't even know the title...
Bleak wrote it...
Something about: Going into town to buy a sausage roll, and loosing the keys to his combine harvester... Ooo-Arrr... I dun'no.

LMAO!

I remember that.

That one's gone the way of the dodo i'm afraid.

It had a flute solo and everything from memory.

Well done remembering that one mate.

Well I will have to look and see if i have it. I think I have just about everything anyone has ever posted here that was downloadable. I will try and check this weekend. I think I have somewhere around 11 gigs of music from people here.

It really was brilliant, Bleak . If that one is gone-'forever'-gone, this world is truly at a loss. I must'a listened to that fifty times in the short while it was posted .

Bleak, I will be touring the tunes either tonight or this weekend, and I'm pretty sure I do have it.

Herb, thank you indeed. I may be a nut of some sort, but for some reason I am drawn to spending a day on occasion loading the player up for a long day in here with HRC music. Its cool to do it in chronological order to see who bot better and stuff.

At the moment I'm listening to The Current streaming and waiting patiently to see if Mary will plug HRC live on the air while she thanx the boyz and I for our contribution.

Bleak man, I didn't get a 'narky' vibe at all from what you wrote . I understand your confusion as to why I would like/remember that song so well... quirky, but it just had sooo much character to it.

Noize, if you could find it, it would be quite awesome ! Coolo would trip !

Lyrics went something like...

I went downtown to buy a sausage roll
I got some ma'tter sauce with that
Ooo-Ar

I'd like to drive my combine harvester back home
But I gave away the key
Ooo-Ar

... close, eh ?

I just got back from closing up the lake place and will open the beloved Bleak folder and see if indeed it is in there. I have a couple in there dating back to 2004 as well so I'm hoping it is in there. I'll get back to ya shortly here.

Well, I will have to do a search on the other drives on this PC and then move onto some of the older drives which will need to be plugged in a bay to search. It wasn't in the current folder were I have most of the HRC stuff now. But do not dispare (sp) as I have some files that are older and transfered on the main studio PC as well that I will search tomorrow.

I'll keep looking, I must have it somewhere.

Ya, its gonna take a bit though for me to search all the damn drives as I don't really have them marked externally. Only tagged by drive name which I can't really see until I have them in and reboot.

Kinda silly on my part, or maybe just lazy for not having some tag on the outside of the drive to let me know. Funny thing is all my project drives are marked like that. Just not my misc. storage drives.
