Jun 23, 2007 11:25 am I had a cafepress store for a while, I think 3 sold, I have two and tonyd has the other...
Jun 23, 2007 11:56 am i'd buy one if the graphic was cool and simple and if the t-shirt was a hanes beefy t or anvil heavy cotton. more shirt manufacturers need to use these heavier shirts. theyre the only shirts that look ok on skinny peeps! you should get it back up and running db
Jun 23, 2007 01:17 pm Ha cool! I just might whip out the Visa and order the clock. dB, is all that stuff still available?
Jun 23, 2007 01:43 pm Yeah, I've thought about ordering the clock myself...yeah, if it's up there, it available.
Jun 23, 2007 02:00 pm Hey, you need to promote that merchandising more. Maybe put a link to it on the front page or something.

Jun 23, 2007 03:07 pm Awesome! Do you get any of the proceeds dB?
Jun 23, 2007 03:21 pm I promoted the hell out of it a couple years back, it got nothin...I think I marked each item up like $1 or $.50 or something I don't recall...it was always more of a branding and fun thing than a profit thing...

Jun 23, 2007 03:24 pm Hmmm, I may just order something sometime soon. My wardrobe is stagnating...the same old polo shirts for work, same old t-shirts for home. I haven't owned one of those 3/4 sleeve baseball shirts for a long time, I may be about due for one.
The coffee mug and the clock are both very tempting as well.

Jun 23, 2007 04:06 pm Seems to me that someone from this site was starting up a business printing shirts and such. Can't remember who it was now though. I remember them premoting them as band t-shirts so maybe he was only doing large run stuff.
Jun 23, 2007 04:49 pm Yeah, hero was starting that, not sure oh well it did, or was doing...actually, my wife and I did a lot of research into starting a printing business as well...to do it right would have been a decent investment.
Tadpui, when did those jersey shirts go out of style? When I was a kid thats all anyone wore, now I hardly ever seen them...

Jun 23, 2007 05:04 pm I dont know when they disappeared, but I remember having them as a kid too. Early 80s baby hahaha!
I've seen them in recent years amongst the hipsters' wardrobes but still not too often.
Jun 23, 2007 05:25 pm Two of my fav shirts when I was a teen were my Sabbath Mob Rules concert jersey and my Nugent concert jersey...Aerosmith's were cool too cuz their shirts always had some twisted sexual double-meaning of some sort.

Jul 19, 2007 07:38 am Man, this thread has shown more interest in the HRC gear than I had seen since building the store when HRC was first released on it's own domain...which was in 2003 when HRC got it's brand and logo...compliments of member "blueninjastar" if anyone remembers him...cool dude, got busy with life in Cali and haven't seen him since.
Maybe I should link this back up somewhere...

Aug 16, 2007 06:54 am Looks good man, I was sportin my HRC yesterday...Jim looks better in his than I do though...other than that packer hat... :-)
WYD...any plans on how to save for retirement, buy a house, buy a car or any such thing without using a bank?
Aug 16, 2007 07:37 am saving for retirement is gonna be the hard one...
buyin' a house is possible....just gotta find a lender that does manual underwriting (or better yet, pay cash!)
i havn't used a bank for a car since i was in college....i buy used. cash.
Aug 16, 2007 07:51 am Bleak, are you a boxer or kickboxer or a wrestler? You totally have fighters ears...dead giveaway of some sort of fight sport involvement often times...
WYD, yeah, cars are easy to get around, houses not so much...banks are necessary in later life...it just makes things much easier.

Aug 16, 2007 06:54 pm DB - karate years ago (Goju Ru) but my cauliflower is more likely from Rugby!
Nice of you to notice :)
Aug 16, 2007 07:21 pm Ah, rugby, yeah, that'd do it too!
Gotta respect the cauliflower.

Aug 18, 2007 11:30 am Received mine in the mail yesterday. That was DAMN fast. 2 days!!! I would be sportin it but Memphis is in the tripple digits right now so I'd sweat my nuts off.
I'll try to get some pics though. The white hoodie is AWESOME. I got compliments from everyone when I went to the big studio (friends call mine the lil studio rofl).
Aug 18, 2007 11:57 am I have three or four hoodies, but they are all black, maybe I need an HRC one just for a change of pace...my wife would prolly shoot me for getting yet another hoodie tho...
I gotta say tho, the sudden surge of interest in HRC gear is awful cool...I gotta get the store link back up...
Aug 18, 2007 12:02 pm Badabing, badaboom, it's linked under the "equipment" menu with all the other store links...
