In logic you will have to export each track as a wav file, import those wav files into Cubase, then you can do your mixdown there.

Thanx, is there no way to convert the Logic song file to a .cpr file?

What is a .cpr file? Assuming that is Cubase's project file, yes, you can convert to that by doing what I said above then saving it in Cubase as a .cpr. I don't know of many apps that convert to other apps project files, but they all export to wav's.
