"The death of Brad Delp, the singer for the 1970s rock band Boston, was a suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning, police said Wednesday.

Delp's family also confirmed the suicide at his Atkinson home on Friday. Police have said his fiancee, Pamela Sullivan, found him there."

I hope his family/fiancée can find some peace in all of this. It makes me wonder if the pressure to 'be on top' again is greater than some people can handle.

Man, thats sad, Boston always sort of seemed like one of the rock bands that were "together" type people...very sad.

Ya, I always kind of pictured them all as having it made. I wouldn't think that there would really be that much pressure as they know each time they released something after the long wait it was welcomed by the fan base they had as well as new fans.

Sad indeed.
