Sorry for my bad English.Because I don't use English

I've decide to buy interface in $500 Budget.
I choose 3 interfaces. I want at least 8 mic preamps and dontcare about adat or spdiff i/o
1. Motu 8pre
2. Presonus Firepod
3. Focusrite saffire pro 10 i/o
I thought I want some output enough and Motu 8pre have just main out. I cut it from my choice.
and i dont know about Firepod and saffire.
Is anybody know ? please helpme choose it.
How about presonus brand? can I trust this brand
and about the Saffire? compare them?

I'd be looking at the MOTU first, as they have a very good reputation.

The MOTU is firewire, so all 8 channels will be sent along the firewire cable into your PC.

I'd be looking at the Focusrite next, and then the Firepod. I've heard some issues with people getting firepods going, but I think they're stable once people get them figured out.

I agree. Though it seems more people use the firepod.

I ended up getting an Edirol FA66 but it only has 2 preamps and 6 line level channels.

1) Your english is quite good and I had no trouble reading it.

2) Are you looking for something where all 8 channels have pre's built in?

I've used echo products for a few years now. They are at least worth a look. If you want all 8 to have pre's though, you must look elsewhere.

Ooooo, burn :)

Guess I overlooked that one..

And we speak english, but R public school systems that learn us are not so hot.
