Hi all,

It's been a while since I've posted anything on my all time favourite website, due to working long and hard hours.
Hope everyone is ok?

Lately, I've been getting stuck into buying new bits for my home studio set-up, podxt, toneport UX2 and so on....
Now, i'm after a new soundcard.
I don't really need a new card but, I'm getting one just for the hell of it!!

I was just about to buy the,

but I got my eye on this beauty
www.gear4music.com/Soundc...wire_Mixer.html

I've heard some great things said about the NRV10's Octane mic pre's , however, I'm not sure if the NRV10 mixer acts like a souncard, does it have a software control panel and such when it's connected to a Pc? like my delta44?

Thanks all,
Murphy

I would assume since their other interface gear does use a similar control panel it should as well. It does look like a nice unit, cant give you nay real world user advice on it. But spec wise it matches well with the competition.

Thanks.
I wasn't sure if I needed to plug it into a sound card or it done the job on it's own.
I'll make my mind soon!

Well, I've ordered it tonight after seeing the software that comes with it.

I'm going to have so much fun with this and my toneport 2

Murphy, has your NRV10 arrived yet? What do you think? InterFX looks amazingly cool, I'd love to hear your impressions.

I've tried everywhere, Websites are displaying stock but nobody in the UK has any until mid January, something to do with M-audio only having one UK supplier and it being a new unit.

shame but, I guess santa will be coming twice for me!
