Calling all drummers

I have a project I am working on, and I need drumloops. Like, from real kits. Basicly, my friends and I are making a fake band, and we are going to put out an album of our music, and see how many people we can convince that it's a real, touring band, without ever playing a show. I don't know any drummers though, which is where HRC comes in.

Do you want drumloops or could I just play to the tracks?

Well seeing as how we don't have tracks yet, drumloops would probably be the best. The guys want to build the rythem first, like drums and bass, and then right the song from there. We're thinking like motorheadish.

Good idea Loki. Do you want small snippets say 4x4 beats etc or longer versions. I'm doing some recording this weekend so i can tag it on if you like

either small or long is cool. I can add em together to get lengths I need out of em. If ya got time to play around with stuff that's cool, and if not, it's cool too. :)

Just a thought but what about using something like BFD to lay down the grooves and then use something like Drumagog to replace the BFD grooves with real sampled one shots.

I have no idea what either of those things you talk about are...

BFD is drum creation software and Drumagog is a drum substitution application. BFD is just one example but the idea is that you create the drum loops in a program and then use Drumagog to substitute the stock drum sounds with sounds of your own kit(using 1 shots).

Do you want processed or do you prefer un-processed? If I get a little time I can dig out some from the archives.

But what you want for beats is basicly 4 on the floor stuff?

processed is good, as long as it's hard rockish. That's why I need help. I can make four to the floor dance loops and stuff, but I suck at rock loops. I'm not real picky. Real kits, samples, whatever, I just can't for the life of me program rock loops.

Loki, if I get time it will be late today before I get some up. It'll take some time while I search my archives. That or I'll just program some new ones.
