Multiple Headpones?

Ok, this is getting slightly ahead of myself, but I was thinking about helping a friend of mine record his band. I'd like to keep the signals as clean as possible, but I want to be able to record them all playing live as well. How would you set it up so they can have multiple headphone monitors? I have that Q10 and it has one headphone out, but I was wondering do they make a a router box or such? I ahve the 8 outputs on the back, not sure if those can come into play or not. Not a big rush, but I was more curious than anything. Even on big mixing boards I've never really seen multiple monitor outs for headphones. ANyways, thanks.

Get a headhpone amplifier. I have a Samson that has 4 or 5 (I forget) headphone jacks. Just use one of your extra outs on the Q10 put them into the backof the headphone splitter and you have multiple headphone jacks and volume controls.

Cool, that was excatly what I was looking for! Thanks! Not sure if I am going to be doing it real soon, but now I know what it is I need. I think you said that Behringer makes some good stuff, yeah? There's wasn't that expensive either, so I might go with that when the time comes. Thanks again for the help.

The Furman and the Behringer are two very good choice's, and the price is not bad either. Also, Rolls make's a nice little unit, they are really cheap, but on a budget you can buy like 4 of them for the price of the big boyz.
