Could anyone tell me if its possible to record with the 2 line in and a mic input at the same time?
Like i mentioned here before, i want to record my snare drum (which will run into the mic input on the toneprot) separatly to the rest of my kit which will be running through my mixer into the line-ins on the toneport.
Someone previously mentioned something about splitting AISO? signals. Im not quite sure what was meant thuogh so could someone explain please?!
thanks

Jun 18, 2006 03:16 pm i'm gonna guess here, but I'm thinking that you can either use the xlr or trs input on each channel, not both. Otherwise, it'd be a 4 channel card (2 each) not a 2 channel card.
Asio records in pairs (at least in my experience) so you have to activate 2 channels at a time, even if you're only using one. So you would have to use L incoming for track 1 and R incoming for track 2. As opposed to creating 1 stereo track, consistin of both L and R.

Jun 18, 2006 05:57 pm I believe pjk is right. But I remember we talked about thisin another thread, and I have yet to try and see if that will work. I will give it a shot tommorrow and see if there is a setting to pull that off with.
