Well, just got through watching the show. Was quite enjoyable (granted, I've always been a huge McCartney fan!)

I really enjoyed his different versions of some of his songs, and it was great hearing him reminisce about the Beatle days. Also, he did a cool thing at the end where he multi-tracked drums, then piano, then bass, then electric guitar, then vocals.

Non-recordists may have been bored by some of the technical stuff, but I founf it fascinating!

Anybdy else get to watch?

oh man Jim thanks for that! I would have missed it if I didnt sign on here and see your post. What a great little performance that was. I enjoyed the whole behind the scene recording side too.

It was either on a different day here on PBS, or the particular feed we get didn't carry it. I was really wanting to watch it. Maybe it will be on again at a later date.

Man, that show was awesome! Great stuff. How much do you think that old Studer 4-track would cost along with that EMI desk? I'd love to get my hands on those.
