patchbays!

what exactly...is a patchbay...the littlest things befuddle me...

it is a collection of all the insa nd outs in your rack of gear and puts them in one easy to use location. All you gear plugs into the back of the bay, ins and outs, and they can all be plugged into each other from the front.

It's a lot easier then crawling under your rack every time you need to re-route something.

yeah, and you can also see everything directly as to how it's all hooked up, so you can see problems in your signal chain if they're there. If you have a rack of gear you can't afford not to have one as you can get em for around 50 bux.
