I bought Har-bal this weekend and got to say that this is some very nice software. It so easy to use that even a bonehead guitarist like me can use it with no problem. The difference it makes is amazing. I think that it just might be the best bang for the buck purchase I have made to date for recording. Anyhow, I just thought I would share my thoughts. Feb 13, 2006 06:58 pm i've been using Har Bal a lot the last couple of days, and im noticing subtle differences in my stuff, but not much. that either means im getting good at mixing on these speakers or i oughta read the har bal manual...
Feb 13, 2006 09:58 pm Its the same with me flame. HarBal makes a sublte change for a lot of what I do. But it is noticable when I really need it, it is there.
Can I get an Amen for HarBal.
Feb 14, 2006 01:53 pm I have to give props to the staff at HarBal tho...Those guys are ALWAYS..........ALWAYS a pleasure to deal with, and they have responded fast in my cases...
I think they are lovable just on the basis of not charging for the upgrade version to those of us who had the previous version...
My praises go to their entire establishment.
Feb 14, 2006 08:31 pm Yep, I gotta give them a lot of praise as well. And easy to use app that does wonders to a final mix. Even works great on individual tracks as well. Though I havent used it that way very much.
Feb 14, 2006 10:39 pm I'm loving it because I'm a visual learner. It gives me an image to go with what I'm hearing so its making the whole process a bit easier for me. Plus I like that I can compare my work to that of an established commercial CD of the same style to see what they did differently. All in all its been a great help, I don’t regret buying it.
