Cubase SX3 Grid Snap Confusion ?~!?

Snapping Anybody ?!, In Cubase SX3 I just uncongested my tool bar at the top to reveal the hidden snap/quantize buttons. Sneaky. The problem I'm having now is that I can only get it to snap to 1 bar. I have changed it to and from grid- grid relative - events - shuffle - and all the rest. How exactly are we supposed to change the actual grid snap resolution ? Through the MIDI quantize ??? This is a primal function that I really hope the Steiny developers didn't leave out! In SX1 this was easy to adjust as I recall. pre-thanks to all who post.

if you change it to grid, then change your grid to represent beats, or even 1/32 notes, the grid will adjust and thus change the snap.

Gotcha, there are so many options on the tool bar that most of that stuff becomes hidden unless you're using a dual monitor set up or simply uncheck the majority of the tool bar options. Lack of sleep can make one easily overlook the obvious sometimes ! Thanks.
