Check this little badger out. Drumarooney roo!

After watching it I had isues with his extended use of the double kick pedal to fatten up his sound but my mate quite rightly pointed out

'your jealous. you'll never be that good and he's only 12' Quite right, quite right.

Tony Royster is unbelievable. I don't understand how you can physically move around the kit as fast as he does at age 12. It really does make me want to quit.

I used to be that good, but then I hit puberty. In a couple of years his arms will be all over the place as un co-ordination sets in.

Freakin' amazing drummer though!

bone plates dont fuse together until after puberty...

It makes me remember why I bought so many cymbols... so I can reach out and always hit something...

Not only is he freakin fast, he is very steady. His timing is almost perfect. It is hard to tell in the video but he is very fluid with his movements as well. I would be willing to bet he will do nothing but improve as he gets older. Even as he works his way through the gangly teenage years. I bet he practices for hours every day.

Anyway, holy crap is he good.

I'm going to hide in the corner of my room and rock back & forth. i now officially quit playing the drums. I have formally retired - Kaos has left the asylum.

I saw this vid a million years ago, and i felt teh way u guys do... totally sick of my own drumming! hhehe but as i hear hes like 20 now and drumming for the japanese rnb artist utada hikaru and hes quite lax now and not really up to par as he was. so that gives us all hope right? either way, talking about his extended use of double pedals, i think thast the one thing that redeems teh whole thing for me is that fact that he has to just layer the solo with double kick to fill in space, reminds me that hes 12, not at all saying that it makes that solo any less AMAZING, so dont hate me!
