Jul 05, 2002 05:35 am WOW! This new house I moved into last October is better than I thought. The picture window in the front livingroom has a near perfect view of my town's fireworks show over the lake. I live about 3-4 blocks off of the lake in the center of town, at about 9:30 or so last night my wife went and woke up our 4 year old daughter and we sat in the livingroom, mesquito free, with drinks in our hands and watched the whole fireworks show in comfort...
We decided next year we are having some family and friends over for a 4th of July party just because of the great view!
I am more glad we bought the house we did every day...that was awesome!

Jul 05, 2002 10:03 am And to think, I had to go sit on my roof. But the advantage there is I get to watch several differant display's at once. And as an added bonus, I get to watch the neighborhood kid's try to blow their little finger's off.
