logic's pesky environment

Finally decided to take on Logic but very confused about the environment layer. I've read a couple of unhelpful manuals but they tend to be quite general because of its flexibility. How do i configure my particular set-up??
Hit a high brick wall and need help!

Now I remember why I hated Logic.

Welcome to HRC by the way. I wont be much help to ya as I am a Sonar 5 PE user, and have been using Cakewalk since the beginning. But I believe there are a couple Logic user's here with the MAc set up that might be able to help you.

Can you be a bit more specific on exactly were you are stuck. Maybe some of us non Logic user's can help you find your way. Most DAW's are fairly similar as for layout. But then again I know Logic is not very intuative at all.
