I was hesitant to buy this because of the low price compared to the competition, but after a month of contemplating I decided to go ahead and get it. I wasn't expecting much, but with the money I saved I was able to get some really nice preamps(focusrite isa428). So it all came yesterday, I got everything wired and turned it on. All I can say is wow. I was up late trying to figure everything out. This thing is the real deal. Assuming it's not going to die anytime soon, this thing is truly a bargain. With the isa 428 preamps, everything had that "shimmer" that home project studios are usually missing. I just had to put this out there, because during my period of comtemplation, I couldn't find any opinions on the projectmix. So now there's at least one out there.
