Alrighty, so i've been working on my drum and guitar tones. i need your opinions of how everything sounds so far. this is basically what my drums and guitar mix is. i want opinions from all the talented and experienced people here at HRC because i love you guys.
it's also not the entire song, just a chunk.
let me know what needs to be fixed :)

Oct 03, 2005 05:33 pm thanks, actually, this is a friend of my wife's that died, I met the man only once or twice...nice person, died too young, but no real personal attachment for me, my wife is crushed tho. This is our 4th funeral this summer.
I just tried to listen, I gotta go to the studio to listen, these speakers HAVE to be coloring it cuz it sounds thin...
Oct 04, 2005 10:46 am It might have been the nasty speakers here, but the toms on the crunchy guitar bit sounded a little to up front for my personal tastes. Love the clean bit, though.
Oct 04, 2005 06:32 pm Like the sound your getting from the bass drum. Only thing is that during the heavier part the snare doesn't seem to come through as much as I usually hear. Otherwise I can definettly hear a big improvement from when you posted this song on purevulme a while back.
