well my budget is very tight soo i getting the monitor in a while and the power amp later.... so i want to know if it will be ok on this (my) amp for the while www.bizrate.com/marketpla...d--7690246.html
it sounds flat enuff to listen to and do little mixes (not as high res as a studio amp tho) but i just want to know if i could use it for the while like just to hear, i won't be blasting or nothing with it to be on the safe side untill i get a studio amp.. and the monitors i getting is most likely tannoy proto-j .... i heard it in person at a store down here and it was pretty crisp.....altho i been watching the behringer b2031p online but i compared the reviews and the proto-j had better ones and its the one i heard anyway.. oh the resistance in the amp is 2-8omhs i know it ain't say it there but it is...thanks :-D

I guess its possible but I wouldnt do it. Car amps are made pretty poorly, can make a lot of noise and are not very stable in general.

Yeah, it'd be possible (as in "done it") but don't push it too hard...

If that things got even one tenth of the power of the neighbor kid's car stereo, you'll still end up out in the sparkly wet warmth of the ocean! I can hear my neighbor's kid over a mile away - seriously. The windows in my house rattle as he goes by. He's gonna be deaf before he's 18, and he's almost 19 now!!! And the "music", if that's what they call it! Has to look like a 2x4 in a wave editor! (Do I sound like an old man yet?) lol |;^) I do want his sub-woofer, tho...
