DB,
I know you’re not a huge fan of CF but can you recommend a good place to host a site?
The place we are with seam’s to have constant downtime.
FYI, This is the site I’ve toiled over for the last month or two.

I Kind of, maybe, plagiarised your terms and conditions by the way :)

Cold Fusion, no, I don't know actually, never dealt with it personally so I have no recommendations that I can think of, sorry.

Hope you dont mind about the terms thing (also the forum guideline) :)
We just needed something up and running.
I'll get to changing it later if thats ok.

The company I'm at was hosting with voyager / corecomm here in michigan. I'm sure locality wouldn't play much of a part, as people are all over the place these days. I never had any problems with downtime, I just didn't like their fairly spotty support. They're a pretty big company here in the mid-west USA. You end up getting a different support person each time you call. Mostly it was decent, but at times it can be frustrating if the TS person is a putz.
They had a single server (nt) hosting our site with CF. Not very robust, I know, but their uptime was good. Plus, I can't see too many places hosting CF anymore.
