feedback destroyers?

Apr 07, 2005 06:03 pm They work pretty well. I dunno about that exact model, but Ihave used similar units, it does pretty much the same thing as ringing out a room does. When feedback starts it detects the frequency feedbacking back and cuts that frequency until the feedback stops.

Apr 10, 2005 01:26 pm I've used behringers feedback destroyers. Don't own one myself, but it seemed to work fairly well once configured properly. It does take a moment to catch any ringing at first, but once it's got that particular frequency sketched out, you won't hear it again.
Don't rely on it to remove any and all feedback however, a good sound man will catch it faster than any electronics...
